Under normal conditions, the system aims to close positions profitably. Safety mechanisms like Grid Reset serve as emergency protection. The indicators are: EMA Ribbon (8/21/50), MACD, RSI, ADX, Bollinger Bands, Stochastic, ATR, SuperTrend, Ichimoku Cloud, Keltner Channel, MFI (Money Flow Index), and Parabolic SAR. Additionally, it includes candlestick pattern detection (Pin Bar, Engulfing, Doji, Inside Bar), Market Structure analysis (Higher Highs/Lows, Lower Highs/Lows), and a MACD+RSI divergence engine (regular + hidden divergence). Each signal generates a combo score from 0-100, with a minimum 40-point threshold for trade entry.
What is SPM and FIFO recovery? How do they prevent losses?
SPM (Smart Position Management) uses a zigzag pattern of recovery layers: SPM1 opens in the MAIN direction (DCA - dollar cost averaging), SPM2 opens in the reverse direction, SPM3 reverses again. Each layer triggers based on the PREVIOUS SPM's loss (not the MAIN loss), ensuring proper cost averaging at different price levels. FIFO (First In, First Out) accumulates SPM profits in a virtual cash register. When net profit reaches +$5 (adaptive by balance), the MAIN position is closed in profit. FIFO Candle Reversal is a smart feature: if the current candle turns toward the MAIN direction, the EA won't close MAIN - instead it closes the wrong-side SPM. After FIFO closes MAIN, the oldest SPM promotes to become the new MAIN, and the grid direction updates automatically.
What is the minimum balance required to start?
The minimum balance to start trading with ByTamer FX is just $10. The EA uses balance-adaptive lot scaling: $100-200 balance uses 1.0x lot multiplier, $200-500 uses 1.2x (+20%), and $500-1000 uses 1.4x (+40%). As your balance grows, profitability scales with it. Minimum lot sizes are optimized per profile: Forex 0.04 lots, Gold/Silver 0.01 lots, BTC 0.02 lots, Indices 0.01 lots.
Does ByTamer FX trade cryptocurrency 24/7?
Yes! Cryptocurrency trading (BTC, ETH, and altcoins) continues 24/7 without any restrictions. While non-crypto symbols are blocked from new positions after 20:00 and profitable positions are force-closed at 23:00 for night session protection, crypto is fully exempt from these restrictions. Crypto symbols are also exempt from news event trade blocks. The CryptoAlt profile provides optimized parameters specifically for altcoin trading.
What is MIA (Market Intelligence Agent)?
MIA is a Python-based multi-agent system that enhances the EA's intelligence. It includes: SpeedAgent for fast signal processing, RiskAgent for risk management decisions, and GridAgent for grid optimization. The AI Brain serves as the central decision engine with market context awareness.
